Description of the Service
ChatCPO provides AI-generated product analysis, validation insights, and execution guidance.
- Outputs are informational and advisory only.
- ChatCPO does not guarantee business success, financial outcomes, or market performance.
- Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on App outputs.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during sign-up
- Use the App lawfully and responsibly
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App
You are responsible for how you apply insights generated by ChatCPO.
Subscriptions and Purchases
- Subscriptions and one-time purchases are managed through the Apple App Store.
- Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellations are handled by Apple.
- We do not manage refunds or payment disputes directly.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to ChatCPO remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy, distribute, or resell the App or its outputs without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatCPO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
